Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
I was trying to come up with a good analogy for my kids last night. Here is what I came up with:
You walk into a room and there are three people standing there: Mom, Dad, and Daughter. They tell you that their friend is missing, and has been for a while. They find the dead body three doors down, but its been so long they cannot tell anything other than he is dead.
Who do you charge? Who killed the person? How did they kill them? When did they kill them. Did anyone see it? Is there any physical evidence linking any single person to the killing? Sure there is plenty of circumstantial evidence, but it could be applied to any of the three people. And only one person was on trial.
You know the guy is dead. You are pretty sure one of them did it—but which one, when, and how?
What you know and what you can prove are two things.
I think EVERYONE “feels” that she did something, and that Mom and Dad were complicit. But being able to prove is it impossible.
I appreciate the frustration of everyone here, and I would not want her living next door to me....but I cannot see another way out of the case.
they have to do the presentation in order to preserve it for appeal.
Nice try but you left out a crap load of evidence ...sorry.
I wondered when the greedies would show their faces.
I reserve my legal free speech rights to accuse the jury of aiding and abetting a murderer to walk free. There I said it. They were dumber than a box of bolts.......they wanted on this jury, by golly they got it, and they themselves will be judged.
John Morgan, lawyer for Zenilda Gonzales has served Casey for a deposition in late July. I’m hoping she will be in jail long enough to be deposed before she flees the country.
Looks like she will be in til next summer.
Comments like that dont make you look like an adult as far as I can tell. The US constitution stipulates a jury of ones peers. If you dont like the US constitution maybe you should find a country that has a better system and enjoy their system by moving there.
I think you are right. There have been so many cases of someone getting mad at their kid and shaking or hitting them and the death of the child occurs.
Not really an accident, but not really premeditated murder.
She is a dirt bag.
I would certainly look at the last person that was with her, in this case, Casey is the last person and was responsible for the care of her daughter.
And she failed to report her missing.
Guilty right there.
My small children have gotten out of my eyesight and I went into full panic mode.
Oh, and then partying every night.
Wasn’t part of the time she served part of another sentence? Would that time count toward this sentence?
..WHY?...because ALL those grand plans she and Baez have of capitalizing on her verdict will be OLD NEWS in 7 months....our society doesn't wait well....they want instant gratification.
You can see it on Caley & Baez faces.....they know they just lost the gravy train!!!!
To that I say...WOOHOO
She may change her name. She may change her hair color, but that Bela Veta tattoo will always identify her.
When the daughter created lie after lie and states the child is with a nonexistent nanny and does not show any concern about the whereabouts, you know who definitely is involved. There is no other possible explanation. She should be guilty of manslaughter at the minimum. In the multiple video and audio evidence it is clear that two of the three showed concern about the whereabouts of the child.
Too bad Caylee’s father is unknown. I would like to see a wrongful death suit.
“You can see it on Caley & Baez faces.....they know they just lost the gravy train!!!!”
I wish. This case is BIG! She’ll get out and cause some kind of controversy and be right back in the spotlight. This girl wants to be on the news and she will be.
I dont really want to get into a blow by blow, but it is not a crime NOT to report someone missing.
And you cannot equate your feelings (which were mine as well) but you have to look at the facts.
And those do not point to anyone killing anyone.
I know it sucks, but if I am looking to send someone to the chair I would want more definitive evidence than what they presented.
As the juror says, “not guilty” does not mean innocent.
Your stupid analogy sucks, you obviously didn't watch the trial. My advice, STFU.
Excellent point.
Also there are alot of people who won’t watch her movie or buy her book on principle.
The father died in a car accident.... i heard...
