Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
Apparently not if nobody sees her mother do it and her mother is a young hot babe.
Dairyland is correct here, this is shear stupidity and very callous. If you do not know the facts I would suggest not commenting further.
Where did I call anyone evil? I didn’t.
That’s YOUR strawman. Go play with it on your own time.
I agree the child looked older in that photo by the sliding glass door but the child was dressed in an outfit I’d seen Caylee wearing in other photos so I didn’t make much of it. Now I’m wondering if she could have been that tall at the age of 2 or younger.
Or did the defense stage the picture using a child wearing a similar outfit to one Caylee wore? The picture was very dark and after all, we could only see the child from behind. Thinking about it more closely, I never took any pictures of the back of my daughter’s head so this picture is raising questions with me now.
I didn’t comment on the case - I commented on your tactics.
And I commented on yours.
anyone know if it came out in the trial as to the fight Cindy and Casey had in which Cindy choked her?
This jury can not. You don’t understand sales. Jose Baez does.
I was just listening to HLN....they discussed how the prosecution could have had a mistrial declared, but missed the opportunity. first time I heard that.
Were there any big trucks seen heading toward my house loaded with snow? Were there any tracks of large trucks in the sand on our drive way? Did anyone see a snow making machine in my area anytime in the preceding days?
No. Bug evidence in and of itself is not enough. And secondly, nobody but you made any mention of a garbage can.
Obviously, no. Not unless there was a video of the murder act, viable dna and fingerprints, and 14 certified eye witnesses.
But indy...Casey also threaten to leave with Caley if Cindy didn’t back off with her demands straighten her act out....and she did do just that after their last arguement. So they both used Caley to barter their way with each other.
Remember also that though the family told Cindy she needed to kick Casey out for all the “stuff” she was pulling. Cindy told them she couldn’t fo that or she’d not see Caley again.
Looks like we pretty much agree with the main factors...Caley was a pawn between Casey and Cindy..and they both have major “issues” in dealing with life and relationships. And the men were basically useless in resolving any of it.
So you see this pull and tug, with Casey in the middle, could not possibly go on indefinately. Cindy got the upper hand by looking into how she could get legal custody of Caylee...and Casey knew Cindy could prove she wasn’t Caley’s primary caregiver,.. and that her lifestyle was more than questionable for a mother,... let alone her record of thefts etc. from the family. It wouldn’t have been hard to prove Casey neglected her roll. No job, etc. etc. etc.
The only thing Casey had in her life which was of value, and rightfully “hers” was Caley. The tension wire between them broke that night and off Casey went with her daughter.
Trouble is Casey did not have the monitary means to care for her daughter... without stealing. And she could only do that for so long. She certainly couldn’t provide a roof over their heads without references and some sort of credit history,, and that was zip. And we know she herself was staying with friends... So I don’t believe Caley was with her for very long before she put her out for good.
Casey was unfit to establish any sort of life for Caley outside of her parents home. And we know the rest of the story.
I didn’t see opening arguments but I don’t think the prosecution ever mentioned the backyard fight at all because they didn’t have anyone who could tell the story except the 4 Anthony’s and they never would have done it.
A mistrial over what?
statements from Baez made during opening......they should have protested claiming it won’t come in in evidence and retaining their claims for a mistrial if he never presents it....this was just one pundit...never heard anyone else say that, so I don’t know if it was possible.
I agree with you caww, that is pretty much what I think happened.
Probably a wise thing to do with all considered with The Anthony family. Outside family members have basically said the family wasn't functional in the normal sense of the word. But I do think how the Anthony's functioned was indeed 'Normal" for them.... And why it has self-destructed.
I don't think Caley was alive for very long after Casey left with her. She had no means to provide for her.
I’ve been thinking about those March computer searches and why nothing else showed up on the home computer after that. I’m wondering if she could’ve done incriminating searches on other people’s computers, like that boyfriend she was so desperate to get a hold of after she was arrested. Anyone know if the cops ever looked at any other computers Casey Anthony had access to?
I didn’t know that; but it sounds reasonable.
Jose Baez as I have said before knew better than anyone he had to sell this jury and he did. He controlled that courtroom. While everyone else was trying the case by the rule of law he was disrupting, saying anything he could to keep the limelight off his client even as Casey tried to get it back on he; so he took control of the situation and put the limelight on him while including the jurors. I suspect Mason had something to do with this; but Jose had to understand the only thing he had going was selling this jury. Casey is guilty; we all pretty much know that. You don’t let someone off when you think they are guilty and if what some of the jurors have said is true; they thought she was guilty too.
