Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
I am watching the same. I think they wanted her to fade into the woodwork. The less attention paid to her the better they were able to convince the jury she is not a murderer which, of course and IMO, she is.
Cindy’s lost Caley...big hole there. And now Casey is “available” to fill that gap. No suprise Cindy’s running to Casey to fill that huge hole in her heart. Cindy’s a basketcase herself, from the years of living as she has with the family, she’s going to try to bring as much of that “normalacy” as possible back into her life...and fix it all, just as she did in the past.
Unfortunately her time for that is pretty much past, for the time being. But in time I’d almost guarantee Casey and her mom will be together again. Once all the outside “helps” have been exhausted what else will be there for either of them except each other?
Also, as usual, Casey is Casey as she proceeded to make all kinds of facial expressions.
I agree; but that won’t last either.
That could be; but Casey is Casey and she has probably had enough of people controlling her.
Of course...I doubt many were fooled though. Too many photos of Casey's attire otherwise seen as it really is. She's a "Target" "K-Mart" dresser....as her theft of monies and checks on record attest to, as well as her e-mails. But yes, her trial clothes were definitely hand chosen to depict her "innocence".
Really? Only attracted to rotting corpses? Or attracted to anything decomposing?
And that proves what, exactly? Was Caylee in the garbage can at one time? How do you prove the relationship between the garbage can and the body?
On the basis of finding an insect that is ubiquitous under similar circumstances?
Is that enough to convict for the death penalty?
Good post and you are right.
If that ever does happen, it will be a long time coming. And it won’t be Casey doing the begging.
Cindy is a lost soul. Casey never had one.
Anyone or anywhere Casey goes will continue to have a trail of destruction behind her. So of course nothing will be lasting....all will be a pit-stop for Casey until the next "victim" and any who touch her life will be played as such..
Also keep in mind Casey cannot take care of herself responsibly...she has not done so and that's because she will remain one who thinks she is "owed" the good life no matter who she chooses to be her next target that can give that to her.
Any money she gets will go thru her fingers like oil...then what? And she'll use any friends along the way til she's maxed them out.....eventually only Cindy will be waiting.
Pretty harsh but probably closer to the truth than most claim.
frankly, the stress Cindy has been under, deserved or not, may well play out with health issues. one has to wonder if there really is time to heal and get back together.
from the little I have been hearing from the Grunds......Cindy rules that house, Cindy is the source of the problems......interesting theory.
What is known about the backyard fight is sketchy. Neighbors heard raised voices but not exactly what was said. It is believed that Cindy went after Casey because she found from her mother, Shirley, that Casey had stolen over $400 from Cindy’s father’s retirement account. He is the one seen in the video with Casey and the one they visited on Father’s Day. BTW, Casey had stolen money from Cindy’s mother more than once before and in the emails with Rick, Shirley blamed herself for not turning Casey into the police thinking maybe Caylee wouldn’t have been harmed if she’d done that. In the fight it is said that Cindy wrapped her hands around Casey’s throat and choked her.
Other than that, the Anthony’s have never really discussed the incident other than to deny it ever happened. As for your other questions and comments. I put no faith in a single word George, Cindy, or Lee has told the police or anyone else including their testimony in court. I don’t even address those things anymore because there is no logical reason to believe that what they say is anything other than to confuse the issues, throw people off course, or to just plain lie to protect Casey.
If George said he saw Casey and Caylee leave with Snow White and Santa Claus on the morning of June 16th it would have the same credibility with me as whatever it was he actually said happened. If people are going to keep relying on what these 4 people say then no one will ever find the truth. I try now to look for confirmation or refutation from 3rd parties who are not in that sick little inner circle to get an idea of what really happened and when.
Yep.
Did you see that gal talking about George and the alleged mistress? I didn’t believe George did it; however; I can see how people would because people can sometimes act like dogs. I saw the alleged mistress as a little skank looking to make some money; etc off of a tragic situation. I am surprised she hasn’t contacted the famous lawyer for skanks, Gloria Allread.
Well stated.
a neighbor saw Casey’s car back into the garage...the dogs hit on a spot in the back yard and the trunk.....I trust the dogs.
The duct tape has received a lot of attention and discussion.
I would like to know if something has been overlooked.
Was it said in court by the prosecution exactly who put the tape on Caylee?
Was it a member of the Anthony household, or not? How would that be known?
Was it said when, where or under what circumstances the tape was applied?
Was the tape the cause of death? In what manner? Was the tape applied to a live Caylee, or a dead Caylee?
Some here think the tape was definitively placed on Caylee by Casey, and I would like to know why that is the only possible thought that should be entertained?
And if it was not proffered in court by the prosecution as to the role of the duct tape in the death of Caylee, and who applied it to her, how is the jury to decide that?
On the basis of what facts? Not theory. Facts.
There were four adults in the Anthony household. The tape, rather unique in its characteristics, was in the household.
It would be reasonable to assume that all could have had access to the duct tape in question at any time.
Which one put the tape on Caylee? Or was there a John Doe #5 that did it? What did the prosecution say? What was proven in court so that a reasonable doubt was not possible?
If you look at some of the transcripts, Cindy had started threatening Casey with taking the plum Caylee from her. After all, the family was getting tired of Casey’s antics.
The pressure was on Cindy. She used Caylee. Not good, because that brought out the unconrtollable rage. Oh no you are not Mom, you aren’t keeping Caylee and rejecting me. In otherwards, Mom was threatening to take away that which Casey used to control everyone.
It wasn’t going to happen. Casey made sure of it. Forgot about it for 31 days and had a good time.
I didn’t believe the mistress......I believe she tried to insinuate herself into the drama of that family any way she could.......I considered a couple of one night stand sort of scenarios....as he has the history of coming and going in the marriage.....and not much job history, he’s been up to something. BUT, the whole thing seemed totally irrelevant to what really happened to Caylee. that family lied so much, so what?
Most definitely. I trust what the neighbors say and I trust what law enforcement says and I trust what the dogs said and what the guys at the tattoo parlor said and what Casey’s ex-friends said and so on.
The information provided by Cindy, George, Lee, and of course, Casey is the information I tend to ignore unless someone else can back it up. Those 4 have been working together since July 16th to have the rest of us duped, running in circles chasing our tails, and kept clueless as to what really happened and when it really happened. Using their comments to make some sense out of it all is a waste...a real waste.
