Yep... We might as well pass a law saying NO ONE can be convicted of murder unless we have a videotape of them doing it.
The physical evidence in this case was not strong...
The circumstantial evidence in this case was overwhelming.
She may be free this week.... but NO ONE will convince me this witch didn't kill her daughter.
It’s even worse than that - some would distrust the ‘videotape’. There’s probably even a few who wouldn’t believe her if she confessed.
