She could confess tomorrow and she'd still be free. She can't be tried again on the same charges and, since she didn't take the stand, they wouldn't even have any new perjury charges to try to press.

She does however face sentencing on the lying-to-the-cops charge for which she was found guilty and that could potentially amount to years behind bars.
