Gemma Westmoreland had her huge 34J breasts reduced - because she was fed up of being groped by strangers.
She shed one and a half stone in the NHS operation and said it's transformed her life.
The 26-year-old said she was jeered at in the street, regularly had both men and women grab her chest on nights out, and needed to wear two bras for support.
With the breast reduction surgery she's dropped 14 cup sizes - from J to C - and halved her dress size, from 16 to 8.
'I was getting unwanted attention from both sexes,' said Gemma, from, Barnsley, east Yorkshire.
'People thought that because they were so big they could grab them. I would be out in town and people thought they had free rein to grope me.
'It didn't matter what town I was in. I would be walking down the street and people would shout jeers of "they can't be real." It was horrible to be me before this operation.
'I had to wear two bras, which made me feel very self-conscious when I was getting intimate or personal.
'I don't think I'm the same person now. I feel 100 per cent better. I couldn't be happier. Family and friends say I'm smiling a lot more. It's the best thing I've ever done, no question.
'I've now got a body rather than just a bust. I would walk down the street and people would just see the bust.
'Too many people wanted to touch, too many people thought they were something they could grab. It wasn't what I wanted.
'I'd be out at bars in town and men and women would want to touch, like they were my party piece...

I know a lady who was greatly endowed, and in her “natural” condition she seemed like a BIG, buxom woman. She had a breast reduction whereby she had over 8 lbs. removed, and suddenly she was small and petite. Amazing how much a large “front bumper” influences the way you view a person. The “after” photo of this lady has the same effect with me. In the “before” she was a big, imposing figure; and in the “after” photo she is petite and unimposing.
I hope you’re not actually wishing that for her. What a horrible fate.
I googled around on this a little and I think, and let me repeat think, that the key is that the NHS is reluctant to do sex change operations.
So when a lesbian asks for a breast reduction they would automatically suspect that it might be one step in that direction....
I have known 2 women that had reductions...the pain and the groves in the shoulders from the weight is not a pleasant thing to live with..Both loved getting lots of pain off their back also.
There was a woman name Westmoreland Who carried a bust to fill the biggest hand She soon deduced To have it reduced And now she's only bland
I wasn’t that large, but a reduction was the best thing I ever did for myself.
Although, the only person to attempt a grope split a marble coffee table in half as he fell from the impact of my response.
LOL
Good for you! No woman should have to take that crap, no matter how unusually-endowed she is.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
FANTASTIC RESPONSE OF YOURS!
If she removed the tatoos, she wouldn’t be a Chav.
I’ve seen bigger.
Woke up bleary-headed, couldn’t go back to sleep.
So I stumble upstairs, flip on the computer, have a quick look at FR-—still bleary, mind you-—and see that I’ve been pinged.
Honestly, when I went to your post and squinted at the headline, all I could think was: “General Westmoreland had 36J breasts?!?”
If I can go back to sleep at all tonight I’m hoping for no dreams.
I disagree. I think she looks plenty healthy in the first pic.
I can understand why she wanted the procedure although not every woman with this condition feels that way.
Unfortunately, she is a dyke.
And the stupid lip-piercing, too.
And that’s just the TSA pat down...
King: "She has HUGE ---- tracts of land!"
