I think Casey is guilty (and a crazy bitch), but the state didn't prove that she actually killed the baby. It would be easy to convict her for being a head case, but there just isn't any evidence that directly points to Casey actually doing the deed. In fact, they weren't even able to say specifically what the "deed" was.
As much as I wish she would have to pay for what happened, the law is the law and guilt must be proved.
Again, we mention the Scott Peterson case. No proof he killed his wife - yet he sits on Death Row. Sometimes a jury doesn’t need a video proving murder.
It can be "proved" even with just circumstantial evidence...not necessarily direct evidence. Murders have been found guilty even without a body as evidence.

What about circumstancial evidence? Chloroform in her trunk? Duct tape on her daughter’s mouth and around her head in 3 areas? 84 searches for HOW TO MAKE CHLOROFORM when Cindy was at work as well as George, so it HAD to be Casey. Connect the dots, and there you find who murdered Caylee.
