OK Legal Eagles what will JUdge Perry do to BAEZ when it is proven that the DEFENSE witness testimony bears out what Jeff said.
I mean it’s the defense witness that BAEZ didn’t call because he didn’t like what was in the report. AND BAEZ has had the report for TWO years.
Well, he threw the book at Fingerboy, so if I were Baez I’d be quaking in my boots.
The judge will do nothing to Baez right now as it IS a death penalty trial and this is something his client had no control over. However, Judge Perry will add it to the list of sanctions and contempt he is already contemplating regarding Baez’s actions in this trial and will deal with it AFTER the trial is over. I have heard the judge said as much at least once before.
