The judge will do nothing to Baez right now as it IS a death penalty trial and this is something his client had no control over. However, Judge Perry will add it to the list of sanctions and contempt he is already contemplating regarding Baez’s actions in this trial and will deal with it AFTER the trial is over. I have heard the judge said as much at least once before.

Judge Perry grew weary of Baez’s sideshow long ago. He’s only humoring him to cover himself on appeal. But he is NOT amused.

The HLN commentators are dropping some pretty broad hints that Judge Perry may report Baez to the state bar for his overzealous gamesmanship when this trial is over.
