Good morning to all.
I thought I would get this thread up bright and early so I could concentrate on work until the trial begins. I believe it starts at 9:00 a.m. today.
The State is presenting its important rebuttal case, which will include two Gentiva representatives, one of which will likely be a custodian of records. That person would need to authenticate Cindy's time sheets, which were subpoenaed. The State plans to admit that evidence to impeach her testimony that it was she, and not Casey, who did the computer searches on chloroform. The chloroform searches go directly to premeditation, a critical element in a death penalty case.
I understand that closing arguments will be heard Saturday (tomorrow) and then the jury will "get deliberated." (I love saying that!)
Time to put on a big pot of coffee...
No Pop-Ups for Cindy! And no Bamboo either! This guy is killing her! Finally, Casey looks like she’s going to cry.
How can George and Cindy just sit there? Are they drugged? I’d be out of my mind with the way this case is going.
Also, this child did NOT die accidentally..that is the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard..who ever in their lifetime has ever heard of a case where someone will NOT report an accidental death..and let’s say Caylee did fall in the pool and was not breathing..why assume she is even dead..you know how many times I hear about people who are not breathing and the paramedics pump them and pump them and they come back..I heard a case where a man in a small town had a massive heart attack, the people in the town kept on pumping his chest for 45 min til the paramedics arrived and he survived..so if Caylee had really drowned in the pool, one cannot just look at someone and see that they are dead, there is always hope so NO WAY do I think that George Anthony, a cop for more then 10 years, would see his granddaughter not breathing and instead of trying to get her help decide to dispose of the body and fake a whole kidnapping, for what, to benefit Cindy..pure utter BS

So, I heard someone earlier that said no matter what, no mother who lost her child by any means would go on with life as though nothing ever happened unless she was involved in why the child is no longer here.

I cant believe anyone for a second actually believed that Cindy Anthony did google searches for “Neck Breaking” by accident because she got a pop up for skateboarding..I give the woman credit for saying that with a straight face..like mother like daughter
OMG! Baez is really stretching it now. Cindy deleted her searches and that’s why they couldn’t be found? When did Cindy ever make that claim?

She must be feeling pretty embarassed about now. LOL!
Oh yeah- Cindy is ther with George. The only thing I’ve seen from her is her shaking her head as in “no” when the compliance officer first stated her (Cindy’s) user name in for her computer at work.
I haven’t caught up with the thread yet- but did anyone else notice at one point during testimony the LOOK on Casey’s face? It’s the first time I’ve seen what I would call fear/dismay on her face. She looked flustered and really scared.

Maybe its FINALLY sinking in that she is DONE..she is so used to lying she might have been able to make a plea deal if she had admitted to the truth..but she is so damn used to lying it backfired on her BIG TIME..now its slowly slowly sinking in..Trust me, when the jury finds this sociopath guilty of murder, you will see the REAL Casey Anthony
