Good morning to all.

I thought I would get this thread up bright and early so I could concentrate on work until the trial begins. I believe it starts at 9:00 a.m. today.

The State is presenting its important rebuttal case, which will include two Gentiva representatives, one of which will likely be a custodian of records. That person would need to authenticate Cindy's time sheets, which were subpoenaed. The State plans to admit that evidence to impeach her testimony that it was she, and not Casey, who did the computer searches on chloroform. The chloroform searches go directly to premeditation, a critical element in a death penalty case.

I understand that closing arguments will be heard Saturday (tomorrow) and then the jury will "get deliberated." (I love saying that!)

Baez isn’t helping her at all. I guess he is doing what he is supposed to, but Baez is an idiot that allowed Casey to make a ridiculous defense that had no merit.

I suppose to a degree, he had very little to work with.

It is probably very hard to defend a guilty person.

IMO most autopsies are done on people who have recently died and still have a brain to look at to help determine cause of death

I think Cindy has been on stress leave for three years.

I remember reading somewhere that Cindy is on social security disability. Which is permanent disability, and disabled due to stress. I'm not certain this is true though.

I wouldn’t want to be these people for all the money in the world. I can’t even imagine the stress they have been trough from June 16,2008. I don’t think I could have survived it. So I am not going to cast any stones at any of the family for anything they did with the exception of Casey.......Did anyone hear the caller on NG rhat suggested Casey tried the cloroform on the dogs first to see how they responded.. Cindy said dogs were very sleepy

Yes indeed, that is a very interesting possibility. Sure fits right into the narrative of this whole Casey Anthony fiasco.

Cindy may have lied to the computer searches but she also turned on another lightbulb referring to the dogs condition

Because she knows she is in deep doo doo..Casey Anthony is the way she is today because of her mother..her mother is a big fat liar and raised her daughter to be a big fat liar..so Cindy reaped what she sewed..unfortunately sweet little Caylee paid the ultimate price

That is indeed the very sad and oh so unfortunate price paid by an innocent little child, because of the selfish and mindless existence of Casey Anthony. I truly hate her and I hope Cindy is prosecuted for the blatant in your face perjury when questioned by the state's prosecution team.

You are quite right when you say they are reaping what they sowed. It is evil that Caylee became a part of it.

Quickly popping in to let you all know I won't be putting up a trial thread tomorrow because they just announced court will not be in session tomorrow. However, closing arguments will be on SUNDAY so I will put up a thread then.
