Good morning to all.
I thought I would get this thread up bright and early so I could concentrate on work until the trial begins. I believe it starts at 9:00 a.m. today.
The State is presenting its important rebuttal case, which will include two Gentiva representatives, one of which will likely be a custodian of records. That person would need to authenticate Cindy's time sheets, which were subpoenaed. The State plans to admit that evidence to impeach her testimony that it was she, and not Casey, who did the computer searches on chloroform. The chloroform searches go directly to premeditation, a critical element in a death penalty case.
I understand that closing arguments will be heard Saturday (tomorrow) and then the jury will "get deliberated." (I love saying that!)
Time to put on a big pot of coffee...
Casey Anthony trial: Transcript of George Anthony’s suicide note
Should be ready to go in just a few minutes now...
Baez is still trying to keep Cindy’s info out. Apparently they found no searches on the computer for chlorophyll on the home computer.
Do you have a theory?
Ha! Exactly what I’ve always thought! A real matriarchy in that hosuehold!!
Thanks for posting this, I just knew it! Darn these streaming videos...I keep missing stuff.

#baez says they were taken by surprise and should get time to verify new computer information. #CaseyAnthony

#CaseyAnthony Breaking... State: No evidence on hard drive Cindy searched for chlorophyll/chloroform.

Judge Perry is not buying Baez's schtick. He just made him an offer: Depose State's witness and we'll work through Sunday. Take it or leave it. LOL
I wonder why the prosecution doesn’t just call Dr. G to rebut the testimony of Dr. Spitz. Anyone know?
There is a remote chance that the jury will do the right thing and acquit her or possibly a hung jury. If I were on the jury it would be hung. Regardless of her guilt, the state did NOT prove their case. Smell-O-Meter? Pahleeze. Everyone is an “expert” as to what human decomposition smells like? No cause of death? No DNA evidence. Creepy meter man who thought he saw a human SKULL and didn't go over and look at it.
There WAS an attempt to cover up the death. Why? Unknown for sure. Who was involved? Unknown for sure. But MURDER? No way.
Don't waste your time beating me up over this. I will not be reading your replies or commenting on them as I already know what is going to be heaped upon me.
Maybe it rings more true with a jury of a 3rd party expert backs up what Dr. G did in the autopsy.
Good morning, truthkeeper! I even got my hubby interested in this case.
I caught the “Finger” episode on You Tube last night (or as Judge Perry called it: a case of “middle-finger affection,”) and it was great!
Baez seems to be trying to get out of claiming his side has rested!
Ooh, Baez better hope he doesn't get called out on his little circus sideshow. That is going to be one unhappy judge.
Court now in recess subject to call.
That’s exactly what I was going to say. Great minds think alike, they say. LOL I’d like to see Dr. G again.
Baez acting like a$$ again.
Baez is just stalling for time ‘cause he knows what’s coming down the pike. Seems to me like he’s trying to take back that he rested his case.
IMO it is an imaginary problem and the judge already knows this. Baez and Casey have nothing else but imaginary stuff to go on.
In the last minute of the Judge speaking about this subject, did you see Baez smirking to someone off camera? That guy’s a real jerk.
Those poor jurors. In my experience with jury duty, jurors tend to convict when their time is abused.
So that is why Judge Perry asked for a copy and warned "I hope this is a real problem and NOT an imaginary problem..."
God help Baez if it IS in the report. Remember Fingerboy yesterday?
