I have tried that with mixed results. What worked best for me was to drink more water.

I have heard of this same remedy on a local radio show hosted by Dr.Zorba Pastor “Dr.Zorba Pastor’s On Your Health”.

He gets callers who vouch for this soap remedy. He does not professionally endorse it, but he says if it works for them, that’s great.

Thankfully I don’t have the leg cramping problem.

I found a good pair of rocker bottom soled shoes on e-bay.
If I wear them a few hours some days they stretch my leg muscles and I go quite a while without cramps.
I hate the shoes...they are stiff, heavy, and make my legs wabble, but they do the trick.

It never worked for me, didn’t matter what brand or flavor.

Several nurses told me to take a spoonful of plain old mustard. Have not had to try it.

Blend a bannana with some cold orange juice.

Tasty and the cramps will go away.

Funny, my potassium is good but I sufferd cramps from neuropathy. The soap, any bar of soap, prevents them.

For muscle cramps I take Natural Calm with Calcium. It’s a magnesium suppliment, tastes good, you mix it in water and the relief is almost instant.

Had the same problem. Tonic water works for me. Especially if it fortified with ... something. sd

Drinking more water which, ultimately means getting more magnesium (mag is in unfiltered water). Magnesium deficiency causes leg cramps.

Potassium gluconate. Take one or two tablets before bed. It works for me. You can buy it in almost any pharmacy.

Thanks to all who have adviced ME how to cure the problem of leg cramps.

I have already found it.

BTW, I have regular checkups and ALL my Potassium levels etc. are good.

I was trying to help some of you who don’t want to spend a lot of money on perscription drugs and doctor visits.

This helped me and cost maybe .30 cents.
