Seagulls are flying rats. They may not look as ugly as rats, but I still don’t feel much sympathy for the bird. I can’t believe they are charging the guy for this.

I can’t believe they are charging the guy for this. Seagulls fall under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918.
You need to be more discreet when dealing with flying rats.

I once chased away nuisant seaguls with a tenis ball and hit one, and some hippies squatting around called the cops on me. Fortunately the thing woke back up and flew away.
