Fascinating article about tectonics of the Gulf of Mexico. Interesting case the writer builds for it being the root cause of the seismic activity inland in such places as the New Madrid fault area!
I found it above average interesting.
1. His credentials of 40 years studying the area as a professional geologist . . . oil industry etc.
2. His reasoned perspective.
3. He ends up saying things that fit quite hand-in-glove fashion to a LOT of the predictions.
4. Of course the naysayers will not be swayed, influenced, educated or informed even by someone who matches their criteria for experts worth listening to. None are so blind as those who WILL NOT see.
