No,no...not for illegals alone...for ANYONE who wants to apply for welfare.
Incidentally,when someone applies for welfare,they do require you to name the father so he can be pursued for support.Only problem is,many applicants won't give a real name,or say they don't know for sure who the father is,or just write down any name at all on the application.
This proposal wouldn't be an end-all to do-all,but would reduce the welfare rolls considerably,put more people to work and thereby help the economy.
Imagine what it would do for families...kids would get the idea that nothing is free and you have to work to survive.
The family unit might just make a comeback..you never know.

I am so sick and tired of watching these QUEENS spit out one baby after another, with no concequences.
These babies all from differant dads, and he is screwing every whore in the block, dropping his seed all over the place. Those kids will next be screwing their own sisters and brothers, cousins, aunts, & uncles.
