Change banks if you cannot deal with the people at your current bank.
But, I am not sure what a hickey has to do with cashing a check or transferring a balance.
I am usually too aghast at the eyebrow piercing to take note of a hickey.
Or the tongue piercings that click against their teeth when they talk! Ack!
