Welcome, newcomer, to Free Republic. Which character in a Batman movie (based in Gotham, with Commissioner Gordon) is the “Bush” character?

Around these parts, we don’t have a problem with George Bush, for the most part. We, instead don’t think to highly of this Obama guy. Was there an Obama character too?
