Election year is just 6 months away and Sarah Palin is working the crowd sort of. Her latest bus tour has a lot of people wondering what shes up to. In an effort to not have the media follow her around; Palin has opted to not disclose where shes going next until shes there. Its an interesting, albeit confusing, tactic and has a lot of people wondering what shes planning.
Some are speculating that Palin is setting the stage for a Presidential or Vice Presidential bid in the 2012 elections. Others are just plain confused at why her bus tour is veiled in such mystery. Whatevers going on it has Sarah Palin on the minds of the public and in media again which may be exactly where she wants to be.
What do you think? Should Sarah Palin make a run for the White House again or is it time for her to bow out and allow her fellow Republicans to focus their efforts and funding on other candidates? Should Sarah Palin run for office in 2012?

I'm not running for President. I can be as big a moron as I wish to be.
What I find interesting every time I post on a Palin lovefest thread, is how quickly the supporters of Miss Wasilla revert to name calling, and how reluctant they are to make an effort to stay on topic.
I'll still be here on November 7, 2012, and she will not be preparing to move into the White House. I'll wager $100 on it, care to take me up on it?
From that post you have your money on Obama. Is that right.....
The "point" being what? That Palin supporters are some sort of cult? That's a pretty twisted view, in my opinion.
The last time a poll of prospective presidential candidates was run on FR, Sarah Palin won it with 81.6% of the Freeper vote. That leaves 18.4% who supported some other candidate.
Now, it's pretty obvious that everyone who supports some other candidate isn't vehemently opposed to Sarah Palin, but some are. Almost pathologically so. In my estimation, they don't account for more than about 2% of Freepers.
You want to talk about a cult? There it is.
Here's my point. There's a reason that so many center-right Americans support Sarah Palin. She stands for, and embodies much of what we believe in. She is a direct reflection of us. She is also someone who has lived an exemplary life, and who has been a tireless public servant for most of her adult years.
It shouldn't come as a surprise that so many on our side support her with great enthusiasm, and that most defend her good name as strongly as they would defend their own family, or their country.
If you cut Sarah, we bleed. Don't be shocked when we react with extreme force and prejudice.

What a ridiculous and rude comment.
Sarah Palin has a real life. Sarah is her own person. Washington D.C. does not run Sarah Palin. If anybody ever wanted change, it is Sarah Palin. The MSM has drawn the line and they may pick up the pieces.
You can’t accept facts. You are probably a RINO Romney supporter.
You are being disingenuous. You are adding material to the story. Palin didn’t say Revere’s mission was to warn the British. Palin merely recounted the ride and stated that he warned the British of Colonists that were armed and in number.
He did this upon capture and in an obvious effort to dissuade the British from a hurried mission on the Colonists.
...and I’ll bet you that the GOP nominee will either be Romney or Palin...thus your spirited defense of your own ignorance.
You talk a lot like our old friend Pissant. He wanted to have his cake and eat it too.
If you simply want to criticize Governor Palin on ideological grounds, or her public service record, by all means, do so. No one's going to jump on you for that.
But, when you start veering into moonbat territory (as you have), and begin sounding like any hate-filled liberal, you can expect to start taking some heat.
"Hate on."
Don't mind if I do.
See? That's the sort of crap I'm talking about.
“From that post you have your money on Obama. Is that right?”
No. He has his money on his boy Romney.
Give it a year and just check everyone as your instincts say.
Which of these three would you prefer for president?
Bachmann 8% (8)
Cain 18% (18)
Palin 74% (74)
Just noticed the polling ‘test’ at the top of the page and voted. Very cool stuff!
Heh...how'd you guess?
Listen, I've been watching Governor Palin's polling since she first hit the national stage, and over that two and a half years, she's consistently ranked very high.
Sure, there are going to be some outliers (like the Gallup poll you referenced), but overall, she's the clear winner.
Way to difficult for me right now. I need more input from more intrusive questioning. I have time.
According to who? CBS-ABC-NBC-CNN-NYTimes-BostonGlobe, etc?
There are dozens and dozens of polls that indicate the exact opposite.
Did you see this one? Hot Air Approval Survey: June Results
If I were to pick a candidate to take over right now it would be Cain. If I were to pick a candidate to start with a clean slate it would be Palin. If I were to pick a candidate to support either of them, it would be Bachmann.
Another embedded Zoomerang poll:
Who do you like for president?
Bachmann 8% (9)
Cain 9% (10)
Gingrich 0% (0)
Huntsman 1% (1)
Palin 55% (60)
Paul 5% (5)
Pawlenty 0% (0)
Perry 9% (10)
Romney 4% (4)
Santorum 5% (5)
Other 5% (6)
I swear, that reminds me of someone we know. Trying to put my finger on it....
The MSM drew the line on the wrong person. I think Sarah's going to leave them in pieces one day. Can't come soon enough, as far as I'm concerned.
And you're right. Washington DC does not run Sarah Palin. That is why she's public enemy Number One, in their minds. The entrenched ruling class knows all too well that they're doomed if she becomes president.
If 2012 comes down to Palin and Obama, yes, my money will be on Obama. My vote won’t be, but you’d be a fool to take the Palin side of that bet.
Yep. I keep trying to tell the nervous nellies that this thing has barely even started.
We've got 17 months to go, but the demolition derby is already underway. No wonder Sarah hasn't declared yet.
