Nevertheless, it is a death threat if she were to announce, and therefore in that circumstance this guy should be investigated up the wazoo. Just IMHO.

His mother, Juanita, suffered from schizophrenia and spent time in and out of mental hospitals. At four he was taken away from his father and given to his grandparents on his mother’s side. His father went to kidnap him back and told the local district attorney of his plans without knowing. Rather than arrest him, the attorney gave him legal tactics he could use to get his son back which he used and eventually regained custody of Christopher.

When he was 12 he ran away from his father to live with his mother, during which he lived in her garage but he shortly moved back with his father.

According to Titus in Norman Rockwell is Bleeding, Juanita was acquitted in 1986 after murdering her second husband who beat her up during Thanksgiving dinner, and committed suicide in 1994 after marrying another abusive man and being sent to therapy for hurling a Duraflame log through the window of a Missouri sheriff’s office. This resulted in Titus having a nervous breakdown on his flight a week after her funeral.

Titus had problems with alcohol and drugs during adolescence until one day, while intoxicated, he fell into a bonfire at a beach party.

The concept of the show was interesting and he hired good actors.

However, the writing was more about over-the-top lampooning the controversial news tory of the week in the most disturbing way possible than real humor.

Add to this that he is a terrible actor: the show was a dog's breakfast.

I think you're correct. Zero got protection because he was a declared candidate.

I don't know what has happened in the last 40 years but it used to be that if you insulted a woman, you'd get punched, shunned and news articles on the insulter's cowardice. While I could go for all three; what happened to people having class? I always open a door for woman and 99% say thank you, others glare at me because apparently, chivalry is a sign of a chauvinistic pig.

I don't watch the shout shows for that very reason, rarely do they address the issue at hand, no, they have to insult the other person but they seem to only attack their opponent's position tangentially.

If only this was testable. If we could get a pundit everyone knows and then pick a lefty loser woman and make the kind of comments made to Palin and watch how many pundits and politicians eager to get in front of the camera to express their outrage. Then wait a month or so and make the exact same remarks about a right winner woman and see the hypocrisy.

One more question, what is the deal with Twitter and why is it so popular? Is it so normal working people can say what they're doing? I can see it now:

Do people actually follow along on Twitter or do they just use it to get their celebrity gossip? What is the limit of characters Twitter allows, 160 or so? That should be more than enough for a celebrity to describe their thoughts.
