Author: 'Birth Certificate' prompts departure of White House counsel (Corsi re: Bauer)

The author of the best-selling "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President" charged today the resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of his participation in the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.

Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.

"Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said.

"When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud," Corsi charged.

This recent defection by Cornel West indicates to me that there is a significant portion of the black elite who will not be leading riots to save Obama and would discourage any such rioting: "Scholar Cornel West’s scathing critique of President Obama’s liberal bona fides in a series of recent interviews has ignited a furious debate among African American bloggers and commentators.

The riots won’t solely involve race, but groups like SEIU and ACORN, Islamist groups and anarchists; they will be involved, if not driving, the rioting. It will be modeled on Egypt’s revolt and coordinated using Facebook and cell phones.

Just where do we expect this evidence to be taken? No Court, from the lowest to the highest, no prosecutor, no state Secretary of State or Attorney General, no Congress person, governor, or even mayor, or county clerk seems to give a rat's patoot about this issue.

"Corsi's Mole," has a nice literary ring to it. But I hope that person is somewhere safe. Let' see if the 9th Circus redeems its reputation as the legal anus mundi, and delivers an order of remand or discovery on it own. But I shan't hold my breath.

In the past, I have been dismissive of "The Court of Public Opinion." But I realize that now it is all we have left and need to work it like mad to prevent disaster in 2012. We need to win a quick skirmish against the Republican Party to get it over to the right side of the Constitution. Then we have to unite to hand the usurper and his cohorts in Congress a stunning defeat in at least 40 states.

But have no illusions. The economy of the Republic is devastated and will require total control of conservatives to "fix" over an 8-10 year period. It will not be a normal economy until perhaps 2020. That's going to be a demographic challenge.

I get that riots are part of the Ayers/Dohrn/Alinski/Cloward & Piven plans but I am getting increasingly convinced that most African Americans, to the extent that they can be lumped together, are disaffected with Barry and do not see him personally as worth fighting for if his eligibility is challenged. The novelty has worn off!

Look at the muted response from the Justice Brothers when Trump went after Barry's BC! They were cowering. When the MSM and the Progressives tried to parrot Barry's claim that only the short form BC was available to Barry in HI, they got thrown under the bus by Barry himself when he released the long form which they had been told didn't exist/couldn't be obtained.

As you point out, we still have the court of public opinion when a persistent person breaks through the MSM blockade, as Trump and Corsi have done in recent weeks.

Obama felt compelled to release an image of a 1961 long form plunging birth narative credibility caused by Trump and Corsi. Obama obviously would have preferred to have whipped out that BC image at a later date of his own choosing (Corsi suggests October suprise 2012).

This play can be run again on Obama to provoke more desperate moves if Corsi’s narrative of a Kenyan birth and/or lack of two citizen parents takes hold in the court of public opinion.

With Orly it is best to see what the judge actually ruled but that is what it looks like to me, regardless of whether it was the pending Drake v. Bowen, Corsi or Taitz that caused Bauer to change hats to where he gets personal attorney-client privilege.

The Obama defense team appears to be circling the wagons over an issue that was supposed to have been defeated.
