Jemian, Intense heat/humidity gives me headaches, too, unless I do absolutely NOTHING. (something I’m actually quite good at!)

Keep that water going and DO stay inside. We have a “red alert” telling all vulnerable categories (elderly/asthmatics, etc) to stay indoors. 105, as the index is here is 105, and has to be worse in AL.

It is officially 99°F here and I am only going outside to walk the dog. Water is a must and I'm in a quiet room with the shades drawn.
