Woman caught wheeling trash can with man's body parts inside up street

A woman, spotted wheeling a trash can containing a man's body parts, spent hours asking people to help her dispose of them, it emerged today. Carmen Montenegro, 51, of San Bernardino, California, was seen dragging the trash can from a house in Ontario, California on Sunday afternoon, police said.
