Mine was corrected from 20/850-900 (the doctor told me he could only guesstimate because my vision was that bad, but that legal blindness was 20/1000 and my vision wasn’t much of an improvement) to 20/15. That was back in 2003; I just turned 46 and I’ve had to buy 1.25 reading glasses for small print and close up work-but I would certainly have developed presbyopia anyway. No changes as to eye dryness ; my night vision re : headlights *might* be a bit worse, but then, my mother developed night vision problems around age 40, and she’s never had any work on her eyes.
