This is my first attempt smoking ribs. I spent too much time cleaning the garage today and the st. louis ribs didn't go on until 6pm. Just took them off and put them in the oven. Hope they finish soon, I'd like to eat before dawn. Using a rub and apple wood.

Take it from a 20-year+ wood smoker, you'll get the hang of it. And I bet you'll come up with your own 'signature' method - we all do. It's just a matter of perseverance and creativity.
