hhhmmmmmm......very interesting about Kenya not being established until 1963. I’ll have to look into that. Thanks for posting.
The Nordyke twins, who were born the day after 0bama, have ‘Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital’ on their birth certificates.
The OBAma creature is a total joke and most people know that...not qualified and does not have the experience or the smarts to full fill his job. A crying shame to have elected this bafoon.
Add to that the multiple layers of a supposedly scanned document, the different pixel distributions of some of the layers, fonts that can only overlap if a computer is used (when the certificate was supposedly done with typewriters), etc. etc.)
That certificate is as fake as Obama’s “intellect”.
There was a British territory in East Africa called Kenya at that time. 1963 was when it became an independent country, but it certainly existed with its present name, as did India Australia and Canada, before it gained independence.
The birther meme is completely dead. Let’s focus on government spending. Support Paul Ryan.
Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House he is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
Here's a postage stamp from 1960:
There obviously was a "Kenya" in 1960. More stamps, first issue 1935, can be seen at http://www.iomoon.com/kilimanjaro.html. Someone else has already pointed out that the Nordykes' BCs have the same name for the hospital as the one shown on Bamie BC II. The were born one day after Obama's stated birthdate.
The hope in releasing disinformation like this is that it gets repeated often enough, even by people who speak of genuine problems with the BC, so that it gets lumped in with the genuine problems. Then when people who are only casually interested find out that the disinformation is false, they assume that everything they've heard about the problems with the BC is also false.

The name "Kenya" was in use long before 1961 ~ however the new independent nation state of Kenya wasn't established until after that time.
Earlier the East African Protectorate (which is mostly the city of Mombasa and a bit of countryside) was the capital city of Kenya (as a protectorate) and of East African Protectorate.
The Brits merged a couple of colonial possessions to create modern Kenya, but pre-modern Kenya certainly was known as Kenya. Do a Google Search for robert ruark kenya. That'll give you all the Kenya history you need to make your own mind up.
It is interesting, but it will not go anywhere. Sorry
with media we have today, it is stupid
According to Wikipedia, it became the colony of Kenya in 1920.
Hey, everyone, thanks a lot for your input. That’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m going to take this as erroneous information, if not disinformation, though I’m tending toward the latter.
As I stated, I haven’t followed the birther issue all that closely so these two seemingly new issues were definitely new to me. As Always FReepers have been there before. That’s what I figured and you guys didn’t let me down.

side note: just discovered this site. Take a look. Just the advertisements are worth the time, not to mention the photos and the history.

Both were brought up the day Obama released his birth certificate and were quickly debunked. Most birthers don't make those arguments anymore.
Great Theory, except for one thing. On the Nordyke birth certificates it says “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”.
How can you argue that isn’t supposed to be there when it is in fact “there” on an original birth certificate from 1961?
As for your comments about “Kenya” not being a country in 1961, it may not have been a country to the rest of us, but to the people who lived there it was quite likely referred to as “Kenya”, named after Mt. Kenya I believe.
Barack Sr. Saying he was from “Kenya” was probably similar to someone else saying he was from “Texas” before it became a Republic.
Kenya was a common name back then.
Kenya, East Africa was not, it was British East Africa.
Using an online dictionary you can do show the difference. ‘Kenya, East Africa’ or ‘Kenya East Africa’ will not show up. ‘British East Africa’ does.
There are lots of references to Kenya in 1961, including the immigration files for BHO Senior.
As to BHO’s age. His well documented age is based on the 1936 birthday....a date he started using on forms in 1962. But up until then his birth date was 6/18/1934. It is on numerous immigration forms and he used that date on the I-539 form he filled out in his own hand on August 31, 1961 - supposedly 27 days AFTER the birth of his supposed son. But in that form he does not acknowledge his son at all.
Why the change. Maybe mama (or grandma) was not familiar with his exact DOB and misstated on the original forms. There is nothing indicating he was anywhere near the birth when it happened and he may not have been aware at all as the evidence (yes evidence) of the I-539 form filled out August 31, 1961 shows. No claim of a son - at all!.
So mama (or grandma) messed up. But later when he wanted to leverage the situation to stay in the US a few more years he changed his DOBs on the I-539 forms to match.....
He just wanted to stay in the US a few more years...a little lying on the I-539 was no big deal....
Does any one know what has happened to Lucas Smith? I read that he was arrested in Tucson as a result of a warrant in Iowa. Searched L. Smith but a link on oilforimmigration wont open.

Reminds me of the Larry Sinclair arrest back in 2008.
You gotta love this kind of statement following a claim that is not only demonstrably wrong, but has been known to be so since near the beginning of this kerfuffle, and is discoverable with even a modest amount of effort.
And Birthers wonder why they never get anywhere...
Whoa!
I haven’t seen open tags like this since the old days.
Anyone else but me seeing large bold font used in the comments?
