This is a good decision although I would have sued the pervert with the camera ~ for the employee's lost time on the job (just like they do for dog bites)
We have entirely too many Freepers who've apparantly never been anything but constipated in their lives, and who never f--t in elevators, or wet their britches, or thrown up.

Actually what the guy did was repulsive and stupid. I think we all have been in that situation. What an adult and responsible person does is go to a public restroom. If one is unavailable you knock on a door and ask to use the facilities.
Many people are home during the day and many who are know their postman, if not by name than by sight. They would have certainly let him in. What he did warranted a significant disciplinary reaction, a demotion, loss of pay, and possibly termination. He showed no respect for his employer, his customer or himself.
