Come on already! Trump is no conservative. Trump is a liberal and a charlatan to boot. He appeals more to malcontents then anyone else.

My point is that we have no dog in the race right now. I think that’s good. Too early. But when the time is right - and a real conservative steps up (NO ROMNEY, NEWT, OR HUCKY-LIKE CANDIDATES!)- then we will see Obama’s numbers drop like a rock.
In the end, Trump did no damage to Obama.
On the BC issue, Obama trumped Trump!
Fact is, Trump is not a serious political player. Period.
IMO, the 2012 election cycle is gonna be a tough time for Obama and the libdems.
If conservatives can get united behind a red blooded conservative it will pay off with big gains. That means rank and file GOPers need to push back hard against the GOP establishment and tell the MSM to stuff it.
