Because they charge you for the word “Organic”. Extra printing cost, otherwise they could just print Milk. I'm thinking it is a scam as well. I just wont buy it because I can't afford to start doubling and tripling my food bill. Inflation right now is enough.

It's not about health. It's about the dollars organic food marketers can wrest from consumers who are led to believe that it is healthier in some respect.
For my part, whenever I see the word "organic", I check to see if my wallet is safely in my back pocket.

No, it’s because it’s not processed in high volume factory conditions. Therefore costs more for the farmer.
