Believe it or not that has happened. The story got rather a lot of tabloid press - First Man to Give Birth, that kind of thing.
Well, it turned out the man was a “transgendered” woman, who still had the required female parts. And yes I think she (he) did give birth and the baby was fine, if I recall correctly.
Now, how this baby will fare throughout childhood and life, that remains to be seen.
But she didn’t get her “weewee” done. She still had it.
Yes, I remember that story. Obviously that person still had her uterus, although she’d had mastectomy surgery.
