Why does BHO's official biography state: "His mother, Ann Dunham, was born and raised in small-town Kansas. After her family moved to the Hawaiian Islands, she met Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan scholarship student enrolled at the University of Hawaii. The two married in 1959, and on August 4, 1961 ...."
Wikipedia says that Stanley Ann graduated from highschool in Washington state in 1960, and moved to Hawaii and started college that fall, where she met BHO senior. "Dunham and Obama Sr. were married on the Hawaiian island of Maui on February 2, 1961, despite parental opposition from both families. Dunham was three months pregnant at the time of her marriage."

Maybe Anna Obama did die by 1970. And since she was the purported/paper mother of Zero, that might have been - sort of - accurate. At least, she was the mother of the child born in January 1961 who was later - well, whatever happened later. I guess Madelyn forgot that SAD was supposed to be the “mother” and not just the one helping raise him.
Obviously Ayers and co. did not think that people would find an “Anna Obama” in Seattle. If they thought she would surface, they would have including a nice little story about SAD in Seattle raising her boy all her lonesome and studying so hard, etc etc. But oddly enough (from what I’ve seen on FR, haven’t read the book) there is not one teensy mention of SAD living in Seattle while Zero was a baby.
So they had to make up stuff on the fly to cover for the mysterious Anna Obama.
Lots of things happened in 1970. Zero apparently returned from Indonesia on his own...although there is a pre-Christmas 1969 image of him with Scott Innoue. The kenyan showed up for a month visit...and Helen Canfield Davis divorced Frank Marshall Davis. Sukarno, the President of Indonesia died...

The Stanley Ann as mother-myth didn't exist in 1982 when the Goeldner family came to visit...and I doubt there was ever any foundation to Stanley Ann 'helping to raise him' -

When 'Dreams' was written, it's evident no one expected ANNA OBAMA to be found in Seattle. Mary didn't know who she was by the sound of it, or she would have kept her mouth shut tight.

It's the little things that are a puzzle, on the passport above, for 1986, she's 5'0" changed to 5'5"
On a previous passport, in July 1965, she's 5'5 and a half inches.
And on a passport for April, 1981, she's 5'0 and a half inch...now what might account for that?

Mary didn't think she was talking about anyone but Anna when she was first interviewed in Alaska, probably by telephone. It was Charlette Le Fevre - who had already identified Anna Obama as Stanley Ann Dunham BEFORE THE INTERVIEW...who identified Anna as Stanley Ann Dunham.

Well they were in the same place at the same time. SAD ends up with her youngest for some unknown reason. So I have to believe they knew each other. If we continue this speculation....So instead of tracking BHO SR and SAD, we need to be tracking Anna and who ever fathered her children.
They were two different women, but what shows conclusively that they were ever in the 'same place at the same' time? When Mary baby-sat, Stanley Ann Dunham would still have been in high school, somewhere...

That would appear to be correct, but I still don't follow how you have Anna with TWO children.
I thought I read somewhere she had two children. I have stated taking notes so I can look back and get my facts straight. But so far I don’t have any real notes on Anna. I have started a page though.

Up until November of 1959 Kenya was under a state of emergency and Martial law. Could BHO have sought refuse in PI until he heard of the educationally opportunities offered his country? That is why he was not part of the airlift from Kenya? He met and married Anna in PI. Lord knows he had wife where ever he was at the time...Came to the US leaving her and little BHO behind. Would explain the “Troubled relationship” he spoke of to INS possibly ending in divorce.
Good thinking, it’s a possibility...he did say at an interview when he arrived in Hawaii in 1959, that he had not been back to Kenya for SEVEN YEARS.
If Anna Obama is the mysterious woman in two photos - the dock “arrival”? one with leis, and Stanley Armor Dunham, and the party scene, then that scenario might not work.
That dock scene photo is really strange. It got dissected on one thread. But the woman standing very close to the Kenyan looks very like the woman sitting right next to the Kenyan at the Nachman’s (sp?) party.
The obvious tampering makes it quite impossible IMO to draw any conclusions from that ‘dock’ image.
When I was typing that I ignored the small voice that told me to stop!
That dock photo is one strange mess.
I think the killer for that photo is that date. Stanley Amour was still in Washington?
