I seriously doubt any of that will be raised outside of WND. The birthers already set the bar as Obama being born in the US versus Kenya. To now claim that doesnt matter and the issue is really his fathers citizenship at question is not going to resonate, or even be widely discussed.
Like I said before, more questions will not go anywhere or be heard. Birthers need to show the proof and prove that Obama was born in Kenya and intentionally lied about it as they originally claimed. That will finish him.

Where you birthers get it wrong is not so much your arguments themselves (which I think are plausible if not completely convincing) but the idea that somehow repeating them loudly enough is in some arcane way going to reverse the election (and replace Zero with who? McCain?? Biden??) despite the fact that every Democrat, 99% of Republicans, 99% of the media, and every court in the country just doesn’t give a crap.

The proof that Obama is not a citizen is quite simple. Obama was adopted by the second man his mother married and according to Indonesian law that makes him a citizen of Indonesia. According to American law he lost his citizenship.Obama never bothered to file papers to become a US citizen at 18 and if he did that would have made him a naturalized citizen and not natural born.
That is why he is not a citizen. It is in plain sight for all to see and it is completely irrefutable. None of the facts can be denied because even Obama has admitted to them!
I don't have any problem with birthers who say "This is an issue that can be raised against Obama in the next election".
Nor do I have a problem with encouraging states to validate the status of Presidential candidates on their ballot (although they should make sure to spell out the precise definition of "natural born citizen" if they want to use that term).
It's the birthers who say things like

who are living in a cloud-cuckoo-land of their own imagining.

It could be incontrovertibly proven that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the planet Neptune. If it was, the Rat Senate would never vote to impeach. The Media would form a solid defensive shield around him. And it would take until past the 2012 election to get anything through the courts. The “delusion” is that proving his disqualification for office will have any real-world effect.

The release this morning of the claim letter from the 0sama Bin Laden heirs may well operate to bring the issue back to the table.
International Law requires that to avoid prosecution and Criminal Liability, the Seals who carried out the mission were required to have been acting on lawful orders and were further obligated, as were their superior officers, to challenge orders which were not lawful.
Lawful orders among other things require issue by the Commander in Chief.
So if these guys were relying on orders from 0bama and he is not a NBC, the orders were not lawful and they have a criminal murder problem (maybe).
There is an inside story out there that the Joint Chief's required Biden to sign the orders on the grounds that he is Acting President under the 20th Amendment.

I received the written explanation for this from my Senator just weeks after the election. He made it very clear that nothing would be done.
This did not make me happy, but I have enjoyed the entire discussion always keeping that in mind.
History will write a very interesting chapter about this...Can I come back and read it? LOL
