I just remember the “Rasta Gourmet” from Fridays,
“Is it butter?-no, no no, nooo, no no, is it sugar? no, no no, noooo no no... is it Ganja? yes, yes, yes”
W.G.A.F...mediocre talent at best.
Afro-centrist Rastafarian who used drugs and died of cancer. Oh, and he was a musician. As an afro-centrist, he was celebrated, although other (fill in the blank)-centrists might be considered racist. The double-standard rolls along.
LOL - I know that, but the song was kiped from a cannabis song of a Rastafari singing group. The kid's title is more well known than the original and even then the song was transparent to anyone that knew a blunt gets passed around. "Bless the Emperor and pass the Dutchie Mon!" "You tink ya can Bogart dat all da day?!"
And the counter-culture urban legend circulated for years that he was really murdered by the CIA.
He was so Afro-Centrist, that he left his wife to live with the White Prize in his final years.
It appears many still believe the CIA could have given a care about a Jamaican reggae singer, little known at the time beyond the youth culture of The Sixties.
Bob Marley converted to Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity before he died.
Take a moment and see the link.

I’ve had Jehovahs Witnesses come to my door who were way more stoned than Bob.
