If you hide them inside of porn gifs, tifs or jpgs you can distribute them worldwide in about 15 seconds (it is the opposite of what the OP says but it worked on “Independence Day”).

Or use one file as the “book” in a book code. The “encrypted” file is then a series of pointers to byte positions in the “book” having the original unencrypted byte value.
