She raked in more than $260,000 as the face of abstinence in one year alone and it seems Bristol Palin has used some of that cash to pay for a Hollywood makeover.
The 20-year-old single mother unveiled a new look as she walked the red carpet at the 10th anniversary of the Candies Foundation, which employs her as an advocate against teen pregnancy.
Her transformation has sparked internet rumours of plastic surgery, with observers nothing her jawline appears more angular and cheekbones more pronounced.
However, it is possible simple weight loss and careful grooming is the cause.
The former Dancing With The Stars contestant, who received cruel jibes about her weight during her time on the show, looked decidedly slimmer as she arrived in a one-shoulder dress and heels.
She topped off her glamorous look with hair extensions, fake eye lashes and fresh-faced make-up.
The daughter of former Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin didn't discuss her overhaul at the event, and refused to answer any questions that were not related to her abstinence campaign.

Good God, people. She just lost weight - that’s all. She looks gorgeous. With her genes, she doesn’t need any enhancements or alterations to look good.
I agree with the weight loss.
She looks thinner.
She has lost weight, thats all.
she needs proactive
Hey Levi... Good luck finding a girl like this. Idiot!
That’s because the double one is now a single.
Think even Laz would agree!
Ron White said it best. You can fix a woman's face, you can fix a woman's boobs, you can fix just about everything with Plastic Surgery, BUT YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID.
I was afraid she’d gotten her lips inflated. That always looks hideous.
Looks like she lost weight. She looks great!
In addition to the three new Palin-hit books by Sarah-haters, Levi supposedly has one about Bristol and the Palins also.
She’s a FOX. I just hope she’s gotten more street smart so any guy that comes into her life has a brain and not just a dude with a line.
Whoops! Spelled Laz' name wrong!
She looks terrific....and I agree with the others; weight loss accounts for 99% of the change.
When you lose weight, you don’t lose it in specifically one part of your body. That’s why beware all of these adds that talk about losing the tummy fat or the bulging hips. Your body doesn’t work that way. There’s no body part target specific way to lose weight. You lose weight all over your body.
The first place anyone will notice is in the facial area. The reason is simple. If you are overweight you will have a fuller face because of fat deposits. But there’s not much to lose on your face because there are not a lot of fat deposits there. Hence when you lose 5 - 10 pounds across your whole body, you will lose a lot more proportionally on your face because there just isn’t that much to lose. Ironically, the place people want to get rid of the most (the belly fat) is usually the last large fat deposit that ends up going away. This is the area of your body that has the most fat cells. Due to one of fats functions, being the protection of vital organs which are mostly in this area.
When you see someone with a six pack stomach, it does not necessarily mean that they are in great shape. Though truth is they probably are. What having six pack abs really means is that person has very low percentage body weight fat. For men, they most likely have 10% body fat or less. For women, they most likely have 17% body fat or less.
Well, whatever she’s done she looks great. Wish I had that thick wonderful brunette colored hair . . .
Good luck to her, but I hope she begins to eschew the media spotlight and just try to live a more private life. She should also really try to finish her education, as should all young people this age.
“It looks like she lost weight...”
No. It looks like facial surgery but nothing else...Her legs are just as fat.
What an ugly, pointy chin.
