So what? All she was doing was (once again) clarifying her earlier statement on Pirro's show.

And, if our "clear and vital interest" (her policy words) were to get rid of Gadaffi then, my goodness, how have we managed to survive as a nation for thirty years of his reign? How are we still surviving this threat to our "clear and vital interest"?

And, how is the imposition of a NFZ the application of her policy as she stated;

"IF we have to fight, we fight to win. We use overwhelming force, we only send in our troop into war with the objective to defeat the enemy as quickly as possible"

Here's a clue...it isn't. In fact it contradicts her own stated policy.
