For his first electric-generating demo, he should be aiming at something that provides an unassailable demo of the viability of his e-cat, for not much more than his expenses, with the stipulation that additional units give him much a much bigger percentage of the revenues.
I'd like the Swedish physicists he showed it to, to convince the University of Stockholm to spring for a co-generation plant for the university. Sweden is cold enough that it must cost a bit to keep the buildings heated and lit.
