NOBODY in 1961 ever would have written "African" for "Race" on any sort of an official document. 'Negro" is possible, "African American" is (barely) possible, "Aframerican" is posible, but "African" is not possible. This is total BS.

Is there another birth certificate from 1961 in Hawaii where a comparison can be made?
