While the release of Barack Obama's birth certificate was the big news of the day, it wasn't the only new document about Obama's life published on Wednesday. A far more interesting trove of documents has also been unearthed by Heather Smathers, an investigative journalist writing in the Arizona Independent, a weekly newspaper.
Smathers made an Freedom of Information Act request for the US immigration service file on Obama's father, Barack Obama senior – and it contains a disturbing picture of Obama senior's treatment by government and university officials.
As early as 1961, a memo in the file notes a statement from a Mrs McCabe, a foreign student adviser at the University of Hawaii:
Mrs McCabe further states that Subject [Obama senior] has been running around with several girls since he first arrived here and last summer she cautioned him about his playboy ways. Subject replied that he would 'try' to stay away from the girls.
The memo also considers Obama senior's earlier Kenya marriage, and after noting that "polygamy is not an excludable or deportation charge," it recommends that "the Subject be closely questioned before another extention is granted – and denial be considered."

Do you think that Obama got something from Hawaii last week and by this week had made these 2 copies? Why are they different? Which one was passed around to the WH press?
Nothing makes sense. There are so far no smoking guns with this BC, but general weirdness. The good thing is that now Obama is getting super arrogant because he did this. He is sending jarrett out to fight against showing his important travel and education docs, and we can keep hitting him on this.
Nothing has been said about his indonesian citizenship, and Americans want to know how far his USA loyalties were strained. We are not stupid to keep questioning. He only answered a teeny part of it, and there are still a zillion questions, even concerning his Hawaiian birth.
I want to make sure you know I’m not trying to be snotty, although I realize it probably seems that way. I’m really struggling between the pull of research and the pull of home obligations so I’m not choosing my words very carefully and I’m sure I’ll come back later and read this stuff and wonder how I could stand to blurt stuff out without thinking about how other people might perceive it.

You know more about these documents than I ever will, but I’m a professional student of human nature. I think the “half-written” material was used as evidence of paternity, to allow a Certification, and finally a COLB abstract, to be created naming BHO as the father.
I think there is an excellent chance that “pops” was the sperm donor, or at least that SAD thought he was. When she “married” BHO, he probably didn’t know she was pregnant. They must have split up when he found out - hence the 2 different addresses in 1961.
It may be that, when SAD was late in January 1961, she knew, or feared, she was carrying a black child. She knew of BHO from school, did him once or twice, conned him into a form of marriage because the Dunhams could have sent him home otherwise.
When he noticed she was 4 months pregnant two months after they had sex, he kicked her to the curb.
I’ve read some pretty plausible explanations for the document artefacts, but, as I said, when it comes to documents, you are the boss.

what a fiasco...haven’t studied all of the documents, but at a quick glance there’s the suggestion he spent time in the Phillipines before he came to the US. His address in Cambridge is the same as ‘Uncle Omar’ who came to the US goodness knows when...and the 27 year old unnamed foreign student is probably Ruth, on whom we could find no background.

There are copiers all over that copy many pages at a time. They also collate, so that there are several trays where the copy of say, 50 pages, comes out perfect, in each out tray, even stapled at the end, of the original 50 page document that was placed on top to be copied. I think that is what you are asking?
Do you think that the short form was behind the long form in the book where they got the curved copy of the long form, and their portable or handheld scanner picked up the following page through the scan?

The thing about paternity, though, is that if they were truly married, then Obama would have been listed as the father in any event. As long as Ann even CLAIMED to be married to Obama, paternity would not have been an issue on the BC.
And if they weren’t married then the HDOH has been altering even MORE records than I already know - which is my primary concern. If the HDOH and other government officials were obeying laws and rules and telling the truth - if the claims they made were consistent internally and with the laws, and if the documents they claimed or affirmed didn’t have discrepancies or obvious signs of forgery - then we wouldn’t have to be asking any of these questions. The data would all pan out. But it doesn’t, and the ways that government bureaucrats are breaking laws, hiding things, saying different things in official communications than to the press, forging documents themselves, altering records, etc only confirms the feeling that we really have no way of knowing what is true because the people who are supposed to tell us the truth are actually lying and breaking laws at will. Without access to the non-manipulable evidence, we have no way of knowing what is true.
It was through the non-manipulable, automatic date stamp that we can know that the draft registration was forged - apparently by somebody in the Selective Service Administration, though we can’t get anybody in law enforcement to investigate that fraud. The government bureaucrats we’re supposed to trust said it was filed in ‘80. But the automatic date stamp said ‘08. And nobody can do a thing about that blatant fraud, as long as law enforcement refuses to investigate.
I don’t much care who either Sr or Ann slept with. I don’t much care whether they were married or not. I feel sorry for the little boy because none of his early life was his fault and every kid deserves to have a mom and a dad who aren’t emotional children themselves. And I know that sometimes it takes a long time for a person to grow up too. So I understand what you’re saying from the human end, and I agree.
Right now what is really eating me up, though, is the fact that we know our government is lying to us and we can’t do a thing about it legally or politically, because we can’t make law enforcement stop the politically-correct CYA they do for bureaucrats, union members, politicians, etc. I believe, as the Founders did, that absolute power corrupts absolutely, and that the only way for a governmental-political system to deal with fallen human nature is by putting in checks and balances and the rule of law. I think the Lutheran catechism calls it the first use of the law - “to check the coarse outbursts of sin”. lol. An honest policeman can do a lot to maintain order.
But we have nobody who is both willing and able to police the political players and their lobby groups, and we the people have no power to do that now - even though that is the very foundation that this nation was built on. Our foundation of accountability is gone, and it’s no wonder we all feel like the ground is crumbling beneath us. The government can do and say anything they want to us and we have no way of stopping them or proving them wrong. We are helpless and frustrated. It’s a volatile and dangerous situation, and it needs to be fixed.
That’s why I can’t let go of this until the truth is known and we deal with how we got to this point and how we’re going to make sure never to get here again. My husband asked me this morning what my goal is with all this, and that was basically the answer I gave him.
Nothing with paternity would have kept him from having a valid BC#/”date filed” combination. That issue is really critical, because Obama’s inability to come up with a valid combination of BC# and “date filed” suggests that he never had a valid Hawaii BC to copy that information from. Even if he changed paternity, gender, illegitimacy, birthplace, age, whatever - either legally or by forgery... if he ever had a valid BC from HI he could have kept the BC# and “date filed” the same as on the original and had a valid combination he didn’t have to worry about.
You’re easy to talk to. Are you a psychiatrist? lol. Or maybe I just needed to get that off my chest today. I would love to drop this. I would love to come to the computer just to have fun and not to complete some mission. Or even better yet, sew and garden and play with my kids and husband, remodel the house, quilt, build lots of useful things, write music, visit my neighbors, and just live a normal life without worrying about this stuff... but if I did that with the nation in the condition it is, I would feel like I had abandoned my children to the wolves and thrown away their future. As far as a huge conspiracy involving all of HDOH and (presumably) Linda Lingle - I don’t buy it. Too many people, not enough motive, $$$$ if you spill the beans.
Helping a nice guy in a jam clean up the record, so his claim of paternity goes into the records? Sure.
Hiding birth in Kenya? Obama would do it for sure, so would Abercrombie. Linda Lingle and a bunch of clerks? I don’t see it.
Obama Sr. was here on a student visa and met Dunham only after he arrived and began his studies. He was not a permanent legal resident and never had a green card.
That said, it was a "marriage of convenience." The simple math confirms that Dunham was 3 or 4 months pregnant when they were married. They still called children of unmarried women "bastards" in 1961.
The dock photo image looks so much like a Filipina that when I first saw the photo I thought Filipina. I have many Filipino friends - just got off a skype call with video with one just now.
Also, the offspring of a dark African and Filipina would most assuredly be darker than the offspring of a dark African and a caucasian. Just sayin...
You are aware that Obama’s lawyers threatened the media heads in Oct of 2008 and at least once after the election to the extent that the media heads told the on-air personalities that if they allowed anybody on their shows to mention the eligibility issue their careers would definitely be over and their lives and their family’s lives were questionable, right?
And it was not a vain threat. These people are playing for keeps and made that abundantly clear to the people who needed convincing - who were fearful for their lives when Hagmann interviewed them. That’s all I’m going to say about that.

I suggested once to Okubo that there are witness protection programs for people who just want to peaceably live their lives without committing crimes. She was so flustered she responded to a different request when she replied to that e-mail.
Back in late December Abercrombie spoke very publicly about needing to come forward with a long-form for Obama because of the state eligibility bills coming up. The only one known to be coming up at that time was Arizona’s. While Abercrombie was looking and not able to find a long-form for Obama but before he came out with that information, there was a shooting in Tucson where Gabby Giffords was hit in the head with a bullet from a .22. Thankfully, she is recovering and will be fine. Judge John Roll, however, was shot in the aorta and died within 7 seconds. He is the only judge in the 9th Circuit Court who would have given the Arizona eligibility bill a fair hearing. The stories of Dupnik regarding Judge Roll’s itinerary for the morning did not match the stories of his family.
Shortly after that, “Ulstermann” claimed to talk to a “White House insider” who said that the eligibility issue is real and that the big guns were being called in and that he hoped he’d be OK but couldn’t talk about it more. The closing words were something to the effect of “It’s real. God help us all.”
Not making any particular claims here, since I don’t know who this alleged “insider” was. But it’s stuff that makes you go hmm, given what Hagmann found out about how Soros plays for keeps.
I have no doubts that Soros would be able to communicate the seriousness of the situation to the involved parties.
One other note. I’ve tried searching out a lot of people who live in Hawaii to have them do just general checking on HDOH records for me. I have not yet been able to find anybody living on Oahu who was willing to do that. For whatever reason, nobody wanted anybody to associate them with questions about Obama.
It’s always hard to know exactly what is coincidence and what isn’t. It rattled me a little bit when I was in communications with Lakin’s counsel and shortly thereafter my husband found sparking in the van’s engine. Either the rubber sheathing on the wiring all decayed uniformly all at once or the sheathing was cut so that the wires were making contact with each other. We’ll never know exactly what happened, but it makes you go hmmm. My husband worries for me, and I’m just a peon.
Just some stuff to think about.
