While the release of Barack Obama's birth certificate was the big news of the day, it wasn't the only new document about Obama's life published on Wednesday. A far more interesting trove of documents has also been unearthed by Heather Smathers, an investigative journalist writing in the Arizona Independent, a weekly newspaper.
Smathers made an Freedom of Information Act request for the US immigration service file on Obama's father, Barack Obama senior – and it contains a disturbing picture of Obama senior's treatment by government and university officials.
As early as 1961, a memo in the file notes a statement from a Mrs McCabe, a foreign student adviser at the University of Hawaii:
Mrs McCabe further states that Subject [Obama senior] has been running around with several girls since he first arrived here and last summer she cautioned him about his playboy ways. Subject replied that he would 'try' to stay away from the girls.
The memo also considers Obama senior's earlier Kenya marriage, and after noting that "polygamy is not an excludable or deportation charge," it recommends that "the Subject be closely questioned before another extention is granted – and denial be considered."

I wonder if that conveniently-surfacing “hand-written memo” suddenly appeared in the Hawaii archive to be found by Abercrombie in January and now constitutes the other half of what Fukino called a “half-typed and half-written” birth record for Obama.
To be able to include it as a basis for issuing a birth certificate the birth certificate’s certification would have to allow the birth certificate to be an abstract of records besides just the original birth certificate form - and lo and behold, that is what the new certifying statement does. I meant the note that was shown on her web story. The note mentions that he had a son born in HI in august of 61.
Perhaps it’s not racism. Perhaps the immigration service at that time was concerned about a foreignor coming over here, populating Hawaii all by himself, leaving the country (i.e. beyond our legal reach to force him to support his kids) and not supporting his kids. Did the article’s writer ever come to that conclusion?

See the memo on page 39 ... "... was married on February 2, 1951 to Stanley Ann Dunham, a United States citizen from Seattle, Washington in Maui, Hawaii. The problem is that when he arrived in the U.S. the subject had a wife in Kenya."
I believe the bigamous marriage would cause Obama Jr. to be illegimate.
If so, the 'British under UK' statement would not apply if we go by regulations at that time, i.e., paternal citizenship is not passed in out-of-wedlock births.
I could be wrong, though. There are a lot of different regulations, amendments, etc. which may factor in.
I have no idea, if there was no paternal citizenship passed, what that would mean WRT to Obama Jr. being an NBC.
also in rewriting history, the author fails to rember that in 1961 we had the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missle Crisis.

Other notes such as the fact that Obama's mother lives with the parents and Obama Sr resides elsewhere just three weeks after the birth of Obama. This document cache is a treasure trove.
Obama was supposedly married on Feb 2, 1961 but the following documents dated March 3, 1961 don't indicate he is married.
Ah. And this was what was supposedly so “embarrassing” on Obama’s “birth certificate”. The “half-written” part of his documentation is a handwritten memo dated Aug 31, 1961 saying that Obama Sr was a bigamist playboy who had a son born in Hawaii on Aug 4, 1961 (nice that they included the date, huh?) that was living with his mother at her grandparents’ house and planned to work at the university. One problem is that SAD was already enrolled in classes and/or living in Seattle by Aug 31, 1961.Oh, but wait! The AZ Independent reporter claims that Sr’s wife was planning to work at the university but the actual memo says she planned to attend classes in Seattle. So the “reporter” misreported the story on the part the public will see but makes sure to have the story on the actual memo match the records we have for Ann. A little bit of an agenda there with that reporter maybe? Trying to bridge the gap between the lies of the “official story” and what the actual records say. So transparent. This is disgusting.
And of course, the actions of the officials proves that the INS people were racists.

CLEARLY Obama had to send Lakin to jail because people might find out the embarrassing fact that the guy who had multiple wives and impregnated a 17-year-old girl after knowing her for a couple months was said by INS to be a (gasp!) bigamist playboy.

Apparently they at least learned from the DOS cable forgery that they better make the “evidence” something handwritten. It’s really nice that the author of this handwritten note was so kind to let us all know at the top of the page that this was a “Memo”. lol.
We’re being given a shock-and-awe of so much crap all at once that they all make it around the world twice before the truth can get its shoes tied even once. Cloward-Piven in action once again.
