Where is the distinct DOH seal, on either version? The HDOH Administrative Rules and Rules of Practice and Procedure both say that the authenticating marks for certificates are the registrar’s signature and a raised seal. So where is the raised seal?

There is a circular outline on the green copy but it isn’t distinctive. There is no sign of a seal at all on the white copy.

The BC was sent by a Hawaii administrator. What more do you need? The state has authenticated it. What more do you need?

REgarding the natural born citizenship deal, I think it coms down to this. TEchnically, he might not be, based on his mother being too young at the time of his birth and his father a Kenyan.

His parents divorce early on when he’s young. So in essence we have a United States Senator who would be denied the opportunity to run for President because his mother was too young at the time of his birth.

I think, looking now at the fact that he was born here, that the argument is weak and petty. What’s more at this time to get him out of office on these grounds would require impeachment.

Let’s drop all this and move on. Obama has played his ace in the hole card, i.e. his BC, that he was hoping to save until 2012
