My 'theory' that this is a normal artifact of copiers which include document management and transmission abilities, something which is easy to duplicate by simply printing out the PDF and using a scanning copier to transmit the resulting PDF file to yourself.
This experiment has already been done by multiple people, and I'm sure that more and more people will do the same over the coming days, and get similar results.
This isn't a case of 'fake but accurate' CBS mumbo jumbo, faking a birth certificate and presenting it as real, in any method or manner, is a very serious offense. While constitutional and legal scholars will tap dance around the definition of naturally born citizen, I don't think you could find a one who'd think that Obama would survive impeachment or the senate's verdict if it did come out as being faked.
There is a utter lack of motive here - nothing in the long form proves Obama is a naturally born citizen, but it does create a legal fact who his parents were, and what their age was at the time of his birth. Now for the immigration paperwork for Obama's father...
I can understand where you’re coming from on this, but based on what can already be documented I think you’re underestimating what these people are willing to do.
The Selective Service Administration forged a draft registration for Obama, which was recognized because the automatic date stamp had ‘08 rather than ‘80 as they tried to present it as.
Somebody in a supervisory position in the Passport Office specifically disabled the security protocols 3 different times to allow 3 breaches of Obama’s passport file, the last of which was shortly after the exif data for the Factcheck photos says they were taken.
The Social Security Administration’s SSN Verification website has confirmed that the CT (where neither Obama nor his parents ever lived) SSN Obama used on his last tax return was never issued to Obama.
The HDOH has indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways that the Factcheck COLB - AND THIS LONG-FORM BC - are both forgeries, because the “date filed” and BC# are not compatible, and because the BC was amended in 2006 and must be noted on a genuine BC from their office but isn’t on either the COLB or (now) long-form.
I’ll soon be showing that the HDOH has manipulated their 1960-64 birth index book to include sealed and legally nonvalid BC’s.
And as for Obama’s handlers - Doug Hagmann has evidence/proof that Soros, Axelrod, and Rahm Emanuel got Obama’s lawyer to threaten Fox and 3 other media companies with FCC and anti-monopoly annihilation if they reported on this issue - a threat which the media heads passed on to their on-air personalities by saying and/or implying that if they or anybody on their shows brought up the eligibility issue, their career was definitely over and their life and family were iffy. When Hagmann interviewed the personalities involved they were fearful for their lives.
So that is the degree of lawlessness we have.
At this point I would not put anything past them, and I say that after dealing with the HDOH much more intimately than I ever wanted to have to do. So many of these people have committed so many crimes and/or broken so many non-criminal laws that at this point they have to cover Obama’s you-know-what in order to cover their own. It’s self-preservation now. People commit crimes to cover up crimes. What do they have to lose?
The letter from Fuddy, also posted on the WH site, says that it’s a “computer-generated certified copy.” So that could very well include this layered Adobe-created “document”. Somebody made it up. Somebody printed it out and possibly got the HDOH to stamp and emboss it. I say possibly because maybe the “certification” was also computer generated. Did anybody see and feel an embossed seal, that would make this thing official? Fuddy said she was making an exception, in her authority, to give this thing to Obama. They’ve also said they no longer certify long-form copies and only the COLB is official. So IS this thing official or, once again, will the HDOH refuse to vouch for its authenticity, as with the COLB? Will they once again say they can’t comment one way or the other, by law, about anybody’s birth records?
