Author suggests disputed presidency won't survive publication of book's information
After this morning's surprise release by the White House of what it claims is Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate, an author challenging Obama's legal eligibility to be president – whose upcoming book has become a No. 1 bestseller a month before its release – summarizes his response to the day's events in two words: "Obama blinked."
Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., whose two previous No. 1 New York Times bestsellers – "Unfit for Command" and "The Obama Nation" both have dramatically affected the presidency – is the author of the forthcoming WND Books release "Where's the Birth Certificate: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President."
"Public pressure finally forced Obama to do what he did today. Now the game begins," said Corsi. "Nixon thought he could stop the Watergate scandal from unfolding by releasing a few tapes. All that did was fuel the fire."
Suggesting that Obama's presidency will not survive the revelations contained in his book – which goes beyond the birth certificate controversy to definitively document the multiple legal problems with Obama being a U.S. president – Corsi said, simply, "When people read the book, they will see that Obama is not eligible to be president."

Stanley Ann Dunham was born on 11/29/42 (not 1/29/42), so she was 18 years old when Obama was born on 8/04/61. Had she been 19 when Obama was born, and had she resided in the U.S. until her 19th birthday (i.e., for 5 years after having turned 14), then Obama would be a U.S. citizen at birth even had he been born outside of the U.S. Alas, because she hadn’t lived in the U.S. for 5 years after turning 14 (because she wasn’t 19 yet), the only way that Obama could be a U.S. citizen at birth is for him to have been born in the U.S., which is why it was so important that he provide evidence of his birthplace.

My next door neighbors are a married couple. She was born in North Carolina. He was born in Mexico. They met when she was in Mexico on business. (They are both engineers, btw.) He immigrated legally (he was working for a U.S. business). They got married. Two years ago they had one child, a little girl. Sometime last year, his naturalization was completed and he became a legal U.S. citizen. Then they had another little girl.
But there is more. Before he immigrated and naturalized, he had a child with another woman, whom he never married. He is a little boy who is the eldest. His mother is Mexican and lives ILLEGALLY in California.
My questions are: Would child #2 be eligible to become POTUS because dad was a naturalized US citizen? Would child #1 not be eligible because dad was not naturalized yet? Would neither be eligible to be elected POTUS because dad was foreign born? And what about the little boy? Would he ever be considered eligible to be POTUS?
Don’t underestimate the American People, you can’t fool all the People, all the time.
People are not that stupid. In 2008 it worked but the magic is gone. Obama cannot make some dumbassed, “I will stop the ocean tides from rolling in I’ll be there” speech.People are sick of him and see he is a partisan hack. All but the Hollywood and media commiecrats, which will be about maybe 21%.

There are some that say the governor of La. is not qualified as POTUS because his parents were born in India;became US citizens and he was born in Baton Rouge,La.
ANd you can GUARANTEE Jindal would be disqualified from POTUS nomination because of it! Simply because he has an “R” next to his name.

The media went crazy when Trump released his cert. and said he was disqualified. As they said he was born in Jamaica and his mama was Scottish. Then Trump trumped them and released his COLB and they saw Jamaican Hospital,Long Island NY.
So the double standard is beyond ridiculous. The media will lie cheat and steal for an Obama win. That is a shame and disgraceful to America.

That is, by releasing his long form birth certificate, Obama has taken the pressure off of state lawmakers, and they should now find it much easier to pass a presidential eligibility law, because no one could accuse them now of targeting Obama with a presidential eligibility law.
So I say this to state lawmakers: Obama has taken the pressure off of you by releasing his long form birth certificate, so you should go ahead and pass a presidential eligibility law before the 2012 presidential campaign season.

If authentic, the case may be closed on Zero’s place of birth, but not on his eligibility to serve as President. Or are you saying that the COLB belately revealed this morning proves Obummer is a natural born citizen?
