This is asinine. If Obama forged this he would have had experts on hand to make it accurate for a 1961 BC. They would not have done something as stupid as writing “african” in the box if they were forging it.

Oh yes they would. I've seen forged documents costing tens of thousands of dollars, done by experts...who forgot Spellcheck doesn't always work. One supposedly official document was labeled "United State" of America. Another (I'm not kidding) displayed "Untied" States of America. Happens all the time to the best of forgers.

That would depend on the age of the forgerer. Someone 35 or younger may not even be aware of the historical usage of those terms.

They had to match what was on the previously released short form BC. If they didn’t, one or the other would have to be obviously fake. They had to match up the info.
