I’ll admit, I broke down and bought the P90X workout a week ago. I haven’t received it yet, so obviously haven’t started it. In my research, it was amazing that this program gets almost zero negative reviews or feedback from users. It’s worth a shot, although I remain skeptical until I try it.
Eat less, eat better, exercise more. Those 3 things do the trick for almost anyone willing to stick with it. Gradual lifestyle changes work in the long term, crash course fitness usually doesn't because it becomes a labor and people quit and go back to their bad habits.
