I have insanity. I can run 5 miles in under 45 minutes, but Insanity has kicked my ass so far (just started last week).
I have a good friend who got very ripped up just doing P90x so maybe I should have bought that insread of Insanity.
That confirms what I have read elsewhere—Insanity has more of an emphasis on cardio than P90x.
