Colling has been involved in two fatal shootings in his 5½ years as a Las Vegas police officer. In 2006, he and four other officers shot Shawn Jacob Collins after the 43-year-old man pulled a gun at an east valley gas station. In 2009, he confronted a mentally ill 15-year-old Tanner Chamberlain, who was holding a knife in front of his mother and waving it in the direction of officers. Colling shot him in the head. Both shootings were ruled justified by Clark County coroner's juries.

There is no point in discussing something like this with someone like Darius because he already has his mind made up, is simply looking for his cause (battle cry) and is willing to lie cheat and steal to make his point.

However, here's a fact and it holds true for literally more than 90% of these sort of stories. "Wait and see" and eventually the story morphs into something very different than all the ones out there screaming wish it were.

The screamers: ACLU, the ones like Crooks now trying to pound money out of this..... they will get the immediate attention of the media and get their message out first and loudest, but they are often not innocent parties in this sort of stories. Think: OJ, Rodney King as some big name examples.
