Very similar! In the case of the the black communities they self-segregate so as to develop bad habits -- in this era, in prior eras, e.g. by Marcus Garvey's ideals they self-segregated so as to develop GOOD habits and a strong self-sufficient culture. This is the reason I brought in the report - the utterly sad and ironic report -- of the name of the street where the killing occurred.

The Hassids segregate so as to develop GOOD habits and to keep their good habits strong from generation to generation.
