Garcias tattoo detailed the shooting of 23-year-old John Juarez in Pico Rivera on Jan. 23, 2004. The case had turned stale until Los Angeles County sheriffs homicide investigator Kevin Lloyd saw a photo of Garcias tattoo and recognized the crime and details of the killing because he was a station sergeant in Pico Rivera at the time.

I saw someone with one of those spiderweb tattoos on his elbow ,, asked him what got him 4 years in prison? The idiot didn’t know that his tattoo represented one year in prison for each ring in the spiders web.. thought it looked “cool”.

tattoos, as a rule, serve a useful function of identifying people that you don’t want to associate with. a couple of my cousins (once removed) have them and this just proves the rule
