Sorry. Gotta say it. Sure is a lot of whining around here about Trump.

OK someone has to say it.

QUIT WHINING.

There. Thanks. Now please if you will allow me to point out a small fact:

Today. One Sean Hannity. SARAH PALIN, complimented Donald Trump quite clearly for being bold and honest.

If Ms. Palin wasn't so polite, I bet she's say "quit whining" too.

Seriously. How about for the next week - until this weekend at least, anyone posting a Trump-bashing thread, has to concurrently support someone on the GOP side.

At least then, we can (pretend) it's not whining.

Thanks. :)

Full disclosure:

I support Governor Palin, and welcome Donald Trump to our national discussion.

Who do you support?

The Donald might be saying things that resonate and God Bless him for tweaking the nose of the MSM but that does not make him a Conservative. He has been on the wrong side of too many bright lines to be considered a serious candidate for our side.

Cheer him on when he takes on reporters and pols? Absolutely. Wistful comments that he'd be the nominee? give me a break.

Michellle Bachman likes what he has to say as well. At this point it is either Sarah or Donald unless another candidate with the right issues and enough money shows up.

Perhaps some of us are simply trying to point out that Trump is not the "second coming of Reagan" due to his outspokenness over the birth certificate and other issues.

Kudos to Trump for his efforts, but that shouldn't equate to him being fawned over and adored to the point of wishing he was the Republican nominee in 2012.

Not sure if that sentiment equals whining, but if so, oh well, so be it.

How about we stop trying to interfere with Mr. Trump while he’s (the ONLY ONE) out there saying the right things, and focus on criticizing Obama?

Just a thought.

Great point. Trump may be a bad candidate in the end, but he is sure causing a lot of needed damage to Obummer and keeping the MSM chatter directed towards him being an empty suit with a document problem. Did we expect Pawlenty or Daniels to start the pundfest on the loser in the WH? Trump seems American enough for my respect plus I think he actually provided his proof of citizenship. That is something I have yet to see from Obummer or for that matter Romney.

The GOP insiders are looking for someone who has "paid their dues".

You know, like MaCain or Dole, but maybe not so feisty and enthusiastic.

let the dust settle after the primaries because I won’t fork over my hard-earned dough to any PAC until after the primaries.

I do not trust Trump..and that wasn’t a “whine’ but an opinion.

Okay. Trump is no conservative. I am voting for Sarah Palin.

Trump has the cajones to at least say something about our country's little elephant-in-livingroom problem; apparently none of the "conservatives" do. Beyond some point, I'd rather take my chances with Trump.

That there would be absolutely *hilarious* if ... well, you know.

If it weren’t completely true.

He wasn’t even on “our team” for last Novembers’ election.

What is honest about his too recent “conversion”??

It’s just that we’ve had so little to work with for the last couple decades that Trump is refreshing (even if I wouldn’t vote for him).

How about you worry about finding things to criticize Obama about?

Let our candidates compete. There’s plenty of time to listen to all of them, and make up our minds.
